Âsa Persson

Âsa has been living in Australia for over 20 years and has worked in the hospitality industry for 25 years. Experienced in all aspects of managing restaurants, private residences and conference resorts both in Sydney and overseas.

Growing up in Sweden, where fresh seasonal produce is celebrated and all celebrations centre around food, she developed an interest in the culinary arts at an early age. After years in the industry, Âsa is passionate about food, service and believes professionalism and fun can happily co-exist.


Stina Korsell

Born in Sweden, Stina has also been living in Sydney for over 20 years. She started her work path in the hospitality industry with tourism in Gotland, a tiny island in the middle of the Baltic Sea.

Her industry experience includes 30 years in cafes, restaurants, catering, hotels and function centres in Australia and overseas.

Her biggest passions are food and travel and these influences are seen in everything she does.
